Please note all services come with basic styling at no extra charge . For creative styling please send me a dm first

• Please your hair should be dropped off 5-6 days before your appointment for installs

• Anything later will be an emergency appointment subject to additional feees

• Please do not come to your appointment with a plus one

• A non refundable deposit of £20 is charged to book you in which is then deducted from the final price

• Balance will be taken via cash or bank transfer

• Please ENSURE your LACE if of good quality to achieve the best results

• No dense frontals please

• To achieve Voluminous & long lasting curls, it is essential to use high quality bundles. I do offer budget friendly wigs/bundles that will give superb results so please shop this on the website if you’re unsure of where to get.

• • Please include your full name, date and time of your appointment on the packaging of your hair

  • Once your hair leaves you ! I am not liable for it until it’s delivered to me

  • For Birmingham clients it’s preferrable you drop off in person

  • For old units -

    Please ensure it’s PROPERLY WASHED AND CLEANED . I do offer revamping service, please include this in your booking form

  • Cancellations and rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours before your appointment
