PLEASE READ THE BELOW IF YOU HAVE EITHER BOUGHT A WIG OR BOOKED A SERVICE OR TRAINING
At by Raee, each wig is carefully crafted, styled, and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure you receive a premium, ready-to-wear unit that meets our highest standards.
Because all wigs are custom prepared and thoroughly inspected before shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference — including situations where the product does not suit the customer’s desired look, colour match, or styling choice.
We provide detailed descriptions, sizing information, and styling videos across our website and social media platforms to help customers make an informed decision before purchasing. We strongly encourage reviewing this information before completing your order. If however, you feel you do not have enough product photo's / videos , you can request this and we would be happy to send you.
We do not offer Refunds for custom made wigs, only exchanges as long as it meets the conditions below.
An error has occurred on our end and the products is in its original state, we are happy to offer an exchange or a store credit.
The original state means the hairs should not be worn, brushed, washed, combed , cut or altered with in any way, this is due to hygiene reasons
In the event where a return/exchanged is required due to an error on our end, you will have to notify us immediately you get an item and allow up to 48 hours for a response .Make sure to to post this within 3 days .
We the allowd period starts to read from when your product shows delivered , ie if you got your parcel 01/05/2025 you hav until 03/05/2025 to notify us of any issues
Any item that has exceeded 3 days will NOT be accepted
We recommend using a courier that provides a tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost packages.
If you shop and ask us to cut lace ,colour, layer or style according to your preference and not what is displayed, you are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Exceptions (if approved)
In circumstances where a return or exchange is accepted at our discretion (for example, an agreed quality concern or verified order error), customers must not ship any item until:
- They have received confirmation of approval, and
- The correct return address and contact details have been provided directly by Slayed by Raee.
Please note that any unauthorised or unconfirmed returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted and may result in the item being lost or refused upon delivery.
- Shipping fees are not refunded
- If you have checked out using Klarna or clearpay the full processing fees will be deducted
TRAININGS FULL POLICY
Booking & Payment
All 1–1 training sessions must be paid in full BEFORE THE DATE, Split payments allowed to secure your slot.
Due to the limited availability and personalised nature of this training, all payments are non-refundable.
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your session
• Each booking is allowed one reschedule only
• Requests made with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of the sessionFailure to attend your scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show and the booking will be forfeited.
Lateness Policy
Please ensure you arrive on time for your session.
This is a 1–1 personalised training experience tailored to your current skill level.
While guidance, techniques and support will be provided throughout, results may vary depending on:
• Individual skill level
• Practice after training
• Application of techniques taughtSlayed by Raee does not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes following the training.
Student Responsibility
Students are expected to:
• Arrive prepared and ready to learn
• Follow safety and application instructions
• Handle all tools and products with careFor virtual sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure:
• Stable internet connection
• Working camera setup
• Access to provided tools and materialsHealth & Safety
You acknowledge that hair colouring involves the use of professional chemical products.
By booking this training, you accept full responsibility for:
• Safe handling of products
• Any reactions or sensitivities
• Following all guidance provided during the sessionConfidentiality & Respect
We maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.
Any disruptive, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in termination of the session without refund
