During your video or in-person appointment, we’ll talk through your hair goals, pain points, lifestyle, preferred styles, colour ideas and maintenance needs. You’ll receive tailored advice on the best length, texture, lace option, colour and custom finish for you.

Your consultation fee will be deducted from your final balance if you place an order. If you choose not to proceed with a purchase, the fee is non-refundable.
